Grayson Perry's National Portrait exhibition asks: Who are you?

Turner Prize winner, Grayson Perry, has created 14 portraits as part his new Channel 4 series, Who Are You? in which he sets out to explore 'our slippery sense of who we feel we are'. ​The artworks are at the National Portrait Gallery, in a free exhibition that invites the public to "hunt" for the pieces around the museums collections: you have to follow a map to find them.


The amazing works are in the form of either a miniature, a tapestry, a statue or a pot, and introduce you to characthers he met along the series. Reading the explanation below each piece is something highly recommended, as they give a beautiful impression of an artist's point of view towards reality and one's self.
